ITIN Processing - $200, $100 for each additional household person.
ITIN processing fees include the preparation of Form W-7, review of identification documents, shipping of identification documents back to the client via USPS, priority rate, submission of the application to the IRS.
Must be filed as soon as possible when a filing requirement is identified.

Form SS4, FEIN Application - $50
Form SS4 is a pplication by an entity to receive an FEIN number. An FEIN number is usually required for all entities to file US tax returns.

Form 8832 - Entity Classification Election - $120List Item 1
This form is used to elect how an entity will be classified for US tax purposes. Some foreign entities, usually large corporations are not eligible for this election.
Due date varies on when the election takes effect.

Form 8833 - Treaty Based Return Position Disclosure - $100List Item 4
Taxpayers must disclose their tax-treaty based position on a specific form. Tax Lynx may help anyone, including tax preparer to complete this form. Failure to report treaty positions may result in penalties.
Form 8833 must be filed with the income tax return for the tax year you make a treaty base disclosure.

Forms 8804 , 8805, 8813 and 8804-C - $700 for up to ten partners, $75 per additional partner
A partnership with foreign partners is required to withhold US taxes on partnership income effectively connected to a US trade or business. Withholding may be avoided using a waiver. In some cicumstances a foreign partnership may be a withholding agent.
Forms 8804 and 8805 are due on the 15th of the third month floowing the end of the partnership's tax year. An extension to file can be requested. However, an extension to file is not an extension to pay.

Form 1120-F - US Income Tax Return of a Foreign Corporation - $800
File a US income tax return of a foreign corporation for income effectively connected to a US trade or business and receive a refund of your overpayment from withholding (if applicable).
Form 1120-F for foreign corporations is due on the 15th of the sixth month folowwing the end of its tax year.

Form 1120-F - Protective Return - $200
If a foreign corporation determines that it has limited activities in the US that does not give rize to income effectively connected to a trade or business or it does not have tax liability due to a tax treaty, it should file a protective return with Tax Lynx to preserve its rights to deduction and credits if this original determination was incorrect.

Form 8865 - Form Return of US Persons With Respect to Certain Foreign Partnerships - $400
A U.S. person must complete and file Form 8865 to report the information with respect to controlled foreign partnerships, transfers
to foreign partnerships, or acquisitions, dispositions, and changes in foreign partnership interests.
Form 8865 must be filed with the income tax return of the partner.

Form 8858, Information Return of U.S. Persons With Respect to Foreign Disregarded Entities (FDEs) and Foreign Branches (FBs) - $400
Form 8858 is used by certain U.S. persons that operate a foreign branch or own a foreign disregarded entity directly or, in certain circumstances, indirectly or constructively.
Form 8858 must be filed with the income tax return of the owner, including extension.

FBAR - For each calendar year, $50 for the first two accounts, then $15 per accountList Item 3
US persons must report their foreign accounts if their aggregate value is $10,000 or more at any time during the calendar year.
Form FBAR is due October 15.
